This training course is aimed at low-skilled migrant women who wish to overcome their employment obstacles through self-employment.
The course will provide basic skills in the digital, entrepreneurial, and economy of culture, and tools for empowering women with a migrant background or belonging to ethnic or cultural minorities.
The course uses the "blended learning" methodology and includes 40 hours of frontal training + 30 hours of online training with e-learning tools + 20 hours of Project Work (individual development of a business plan).

The sections and modules provided are:
Section I - Digital Skills Module 1: Computer literacy (use of the PC, information search, data management). M2: The basics of hardware (solving technical problems). M3: Digital communication tools (digital promotion and marketing). M4: Basic tools for office work (digital content creation, data sharing tools, useful tools for smart working). M5: Security tools (antivirus, privacy rules). Section II - Economics of the creative and cultural sector M6: Markets of culture and creativity. M7: Organization and management of cultural and creative enterprises. M8: Communicating Culture. Section III - Entrepreneurial skills M9: The rules of the game (national regulations for start-ups, types and methods of setting up a business). M10: Business Modeling and Business Plan (Brainstorming, Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas). M11: Social Entrepreneurship and Social Business Model Canvas. M12: Financing tools (Fundraising, Microcredit...) |
2. Toolkit for Adult Educators

These are a series of innovative tools for the facilitation and development of digital and entrepreneurial skills applicable to the cultural and creative sector.
The output is intended for adult educators who need a range of tools that they can use when conducting courses that include immigrant women among the learners in general with fewer opportunities. In particular, it is planned to include at least 12 digital development tools and 12 business development tools, applicable to the cultural and creative sector.
