1. IMMIGRANT WOMEN WITH NO TRAINING
The target group identified are women coming from non-European countries who are jobseekers and cannot have access to professional trainings because they are not aware of the chances in this field. These women come from a low socio-economic context and lack specific work competences or skills. Their situation precludes them possibilities in the work market, therefore their only chance is selfemployment. Refugees and asylum seekers, first and secondgeneration immigrants are the first target group.

Their needs are:
— To develop their entrepreneurship and technological skills, needed for self-employment. — To know the possibilities of work requalification and the projects in support ofself-employment. — To improve their self-confidence, entrepreneurship spirit, and inclination atrisk-taking. — To improve their knowledge of the language of the arriving country |
2. ADULT EDUCATORS
The second target group includes the staff of organizations working in the field of adult education. Usually, they train a wide range of people, without making any distinction regarding learners’ specific needs. They don’t have the necessary skills and means required to work with specific target groups. They also lack knowledge concerning entrepreneurship education, which should be relevant in the future, and of the characteristic of the economy of the cultural and creative field.

Their needs are:
— To have the chance to share good practices with adult educators that are more skilled or have a different background. — To have the right teaching material for learners’ needs, also considering the new demands of a post-pandemic era. — To learn more about entrepreneurship education and the mechanisms and possibilities of the cultural and creative field. |
